FAQ

We ship orders oversea by mail service.

After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving at your country, it will be handled by your country’s postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives in your country.


We accept Paypal, debit/credit cards. We use Stripe as the secured payment processor.


3-10 business days to USA, Canada, UK, Australia

6-14 business days to Europe & other countries


We will refund you under these circumstances:

* If the goods are damaged
* If your order didn't arrive within 30 business days
* Wrong items were sent


We generally ship orders with multiple products in separate packages to avoid long delays in customs.
This means they could arrive at separate times.
